Additional Information About the Photographs
Please note that colors may vary slightly from what you see on your monitor. The image that you receive will be the true colors of the photograph. Sizes are approximate; depending on how a photo was cropped, it may not be an exact standard size.
Images up to 24" x 36" are mounted permanently on acid-free foam core and are matted using acid-free archival materials. They are printed using archival ink and paper on a large format Canon ImageProGraf printer. Photographs will be titled, signed and ready to frame. Images larger than 24" x 36" are available without mats and are printed using archival ink and paper. They will be signed, rolled and shipped in poster tubes. Note cards are 4" x 6" images on high quality 5" x 7" cards with matching envelopes.
All images are copyrighted and are protected under United States and International copyright laws. They may not be reproduced, modified, manipulated, stored and/or distributed without the express written permission of Ann Warner.
How to Order — It's Fast and Easy!
Ordering is done within the galleries for photographs up to 24" x 36". While browsing in the galleries, simply choose the size you want from the drop down menu under each individual image and click "Add to Cart." A new PayPal cart window will open, with your item added. You can then return to the site to continue shopping (by clicking on the "Continue Shopping" button) or you can checkout. Prices are in U.S. Dollars and do not include shipping, which will be added at checkout. Orders will be processed once payment is received. Larger sizes are available on most photos. Payment
I accept PayPay and credit/debit cards through PayPal. PayPal allows you to use a credit card safely and securely without ever divulging your credit card number to me. I do need your phone number so the shipping company can call you if they encounter any problems delivering your order. Alternatively, if you have a PayPal account, you may choose to use that by logging into PayPal with your existing user name and password.
You do not need a PayPal account in order to purchase items. You can still pay with a credit or debit card by clicking on the PayPal button on the checkout page, which will take you to a PayPal screen where you will find the option "Don't have a PayPal account?" Click on that and follow the instructions — it's fast, easy and secure!
Shipping
Orders will be shipped within 7-10 days of payment, so please allow 10-14 days for delivery. If I have your desired item in stock, it can be shipped sooner. If you want faster delivery, please call or e-mail at the time you place your order. There will be an additional charge for express delivery. Please use your street address, as shipping companies do not deliver to post office box numbers. Shipping charges are for shipping within the United States. For international orders, please call or e-mail for shipping rates. Local orders (within 25 miles of my location in Ferndale) will be delivered free of charge.
Refunds and Returns
All returns must be received in re-sellable condition within two weeks of the shipping date. If photos are returned damaged, I cannot issue a full refund. If for any reason you wish to return your order, place the product back into its original packing materials and return to:

If you do not have the original packing materials, please take the product to your local packaging store for proper mailing procedures and please be sure to insure the package. Include the following information with your shipment: Name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and reason for return. Once your item is received in good condition, I will issue a full refund to your PayPal account or directly to your credit card.
Gift Certificates
I also offer gift certificates for those “hard-to-buy-for” friends, relatives and colleagues. Call or e-mail to order a gift certificate. If you would like me to mail it for you, please furnish the name and address of the person you want it sent to, who it is from and the dollar amount of the gift certificate. There is no charge for mailing gift certificates. I will also need your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.
